One of the things I love most about my job is being part of a complete digital transformation!
18 months ago, I helped one of my clients select and implement a Common Data Environment (CDE). We put a plan in place and the system was set up effectively and operating across all live projects within 6 months.
In the 6 months that followed, we continued to make system and process improvements. We brought the teams along with us on the change journey and after 12 months the system was fully embedded into the organisation and had become part of their way of doing things.
18 months later and I’m delighted to see that the system has continued to evolve and grow with the needs of the projects and the teams! The management team have really championed the system and processes which is key for successful implementation. Looking forward to seeing what happens when I come back again in another 6 months' time!
