This International Women’s Day I would like to thank my male allies for their support! I have had amazing support throughout my career in the Construction Industry from authentic male allies who have actively, vocally, and visibly supported and mentored me over the past 15 years!
I’m fortunate to work with quite a few men who are using their privilege for positive change, and many of them are really walking the talk with everyday behaviours that are inclusive and progressive.
