It has been an incredibly busy few months!
We have been working hard organising handover documentation for one of our outsourced construction projects - everything from user manuals, a health and safety file to warrantees, drawings and everything in between!
We have another busy week lined up with lots of things to look forward to including:
Reporting Monday - a busy day ahead with reporting for some of our outsourced projects.
Completion of a new project set up - we have set up a new common data environment (CDE) for a client and are ready to test it out this week with the project team.
Document Control Audit - we are visiting one of our long-term clients to do a full audit of their CDE. We do this every 6 months here and it provides our client with peace of mind! We are checking to ensure procedures are being followed, training needs are identified, and we will also make recommendations for continued improvements!
We are working on our marketing behind the scenes and will be meeting with the amazing Khara Pringle to update our advertising photos.
