✅ 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚: Develop a good, clear filing structure to help improve searchability.
✅ 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩: Take time, either at the beginning of the day or just before you go home, to list what you need to do. Try to put items in order of importance.
✅ 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙨𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜: Starting a task, putting it back in the to-do pile and then switching to another isn’t the most efficient way of dealing with things! If you’re faced with a long to-do list, pick a job and complete it before moving onto the next thing.
