‘Go above and beyond...’
Growing up I worked in a local restaurant and I was lucky to work very closely with the owner. He had a real eye for detail and he always asked us to ‘go above and beyond’ to make sure the customers where happy and to ensure our service was always with a smile and EVERYTHING was done to the highest standards.
It is something that always springs to mind now when I am working with my own clients as I try to ensure
that I ‘Always deliver more than expected.’
Today I will ‘go above and beyond’ to ensure all of our live project documents are Quality Checked effectively and that the new procedures that I’m completing for a new project will deliver on all levels for my client!
